We very much look forward to hosting you on an amazing Kaleidoscope experience in Israel this October. Financial and other arrangements are outlined below.
You should know that we take your security very seriously and we will modify the program as required to ensure the security of participants.

Payment
TOTAL PRICE: $ 3450 USD
The price includes your hotel accommodation (four nights), meals and snacks, transportation and porterage, guides, speakers and other programs. Participants in a single room will also be charged a single supplement of $548 USD.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Deposit of $500 US per participant upon registration and balance payable no later than 45 days prior to Kaleidoscope.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If the program is cancelled for security reasons or the minimum number of participants is not achieved then participants will receive a full refund.

If you decide to cancel and your cancellation is received by our office:

Prior to 60 days before the program start, you will be refunded in full.

Prior to 45 days before the program start, you will be refunded in full less $250 US per person.

Prior to 30 days before the program start - you will be refunded in full less $500 per person.
There will be no refund if you cancel after 30 days prior to the program start.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE IN THE EVENT THAT YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR TRIP FOR PERSONAL, MEDICAL OR OTHER REASONS.
VAT Tax Regulations
According to the new Israeli tax laws, being strictly enforced by all hotels, all guests holding Israel citizenship (even those with dual citizenship/passports) will be charged VAT tax. Should we not get this information in advance, and hotels charge us VAT tax, we will charge you with this extra amount retroactively.
PASSPORT VALIDITY
As is customary for international travel, your passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from your date of entry to Israel or you may not be permitted to fly.
RESPONSIBILITY
Israel Maven Tours Ltd., (hereinafter called the Tour Operator), acts only as an agent for the various companies, owners or contractors providing the means of transportation, accommodation and other services. All exchange orders, coupons and tickets are offered subject to the terms and conditions under which such services are offered or provided. The issuance and acceptance of such tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the further conditions that the Tour Operator shall not be in any way liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity in any vehicle, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger/s or of any hotel proprietor, personnel or servant otherwise in connection therewith. The airline and transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. The right is reserved to withdraw any activity announced in this program and to make such alterations to the itineraries as may be found desirable for the proper carrying out of the tours. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable in the Tour Operator's discretion to alter the arrangements or itineraries for the participant’s comfort or welfare or for any reason whatsoever, such alterations may be made without penalty to the Tour Operator. The Tour Operator reserves the right to change any hotel/s listed with one of a similar category if circumstances necessitate. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passenger/s. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any group at any time.
All legal and financial arrangements relating to this program will be between the Tour Operator and each program participant. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this or any other document, none of Kaleidoscope Israel Inc., any other organization or any of their respective directors, officers or members shall be responsible for any payments or other obligations or liabilities to any program participant or to any other person or entity in connection the program.
